Furniture usually refers to movable things furnishing a space. Items attached to the architecture are referred to as fixtures, as in “affixed to the wall, floor, or ceiling". In this case, toilets, sinks/lavatories, showers and bath tubs would be fixtures, specifically bath fixtures.
